I started posting my recipes online in 2020 after some gentle nudging from my friends, family, and husband! I started this blog in 2023 to offer more education and explanation behind my little recipes and ideas.

I am an ex-bartender that worked in the Bay Area and Los Angeles before moving to San Diego to start my career as an environmental biologist! I love expressing my creativity by developing recipes for beautiful and sustainable food and drinks. I hope that my videos and blog posts help other people on their cooking and bartending journeys!
