This is my Grandma's famous pumpkin bread recipe. She and my mom make this bread all the time, usually in coffee cans but it just as good in a normal bread pan. This is so delicious for breakfast, or as a snack with a little bit of butter. I guarantee that you will love this easy bread.
I was 13 when Fearless came out and I was forever changed again. I would scream "Hey Stephen" and "Love Story" in my room before texting my crush and asking what the math homework was even though mine was done and I just wanted to get a conversation going.
Every song on this album brings up a wave of nostalgia but the only one that makes me tear up if I hear it in public to this day is "The Best Day". It reminds me of my grandma, unconditional love, and feeling safe and loved with a family member after feeling terribly out of place among the other 13 year old's at dance or school. So to commemorate fearless, I made my grandma’s pumpkin bread recipe, designed to heal 13 year old you.
