Hot and Spicy Elote Dip

This elote dip is hot as in warm and hot as in spicy. Well, mildly spicy, nothing crazy, but if your grandma is from the Midwest you might want to warn her gently.

This dip is equally enjoyable on fall and winter game days and on hot summer days by the pool. This had everyone moaning when I brought it to a lake day with my friends, I hope that it elicits the same response from your loved ones!
