Pizza Muffins

These delicious and easy easy easy pizza muffins are really something special. Detroit style pizza is a wonderful creation from a fabulous city and while these aren’t exactly authentic, the thick, chewy, focaccia in this recipe mimic the thick chewy crust of Detroit-style pizza. The cheese caramelizes against the sides of the muffin tins. This is the easiest recipe to enter the playoffs so far.
