This selection of high tea sandwiches made for such a fun weekend lunch. Very fun for a baby shower or to enjoy with friends as a light lunch. The dill and scallion cream cheese is used in two of the sandwiches and can be used throughout the week with salmon, eggs, and a bagel. You will love all of these little recipe ideas, whether they be used together or separately.

For the curried egg salad sandwich:

2 slices of white sandwich bread

For the dill and scallion cream cheese:

8 oz cream cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1.4 finely chopped dill

2 scallions, finely chopped

For the smoked salmon sandwich:

3 tbsp dill and scallion cream cheese

For the peanut butter and jelly sandwich:

2 tbsp of guava jelly

3 slices of white sandwiches

Let's Assemble!

Essential Equipment

My cake stand is from Saarde. It is so cute, neutral but also unique.

I got my gorgeous vintage pyrex bowls as a wedding present. I have found a few sets in good condition on Ebay and Etsy.

I got the ingredients for this recipe from my local Vons! Very accessible ingredients.

For the dill and scallion cream cheese:

Mash the cream cheese with a fork until smooth.

Finely chop the dill and the scallions.

Fold garlic powder, salt, dill, and scallions into the cream cheese until uniformly mixed.

Enjoy!
